As I spammed in the Rsbandb Spambox, I’ve completed Bioshock on easy. Next time I play it (which will be sometime after I get stuck with Gears of War/whatever other game I get for my birthday) I’ll go for it on Medium. I really didn’t get stuck except the one time when I picked up what’s probably the most important audio diary in the game before I was supposed to. The diary described a number code used to get past a keypad to get into a room. Then, the next day (I only played BioShock in the mornings, because I was afraid it would scare me too much or something stupid like that) I couldn’t remember the code! I hadn’t really been paying much attention to that diary in the first place, so when it came time to open that keypad (which was unhackable, to my dismay) I had no clue what to do. I brought up the map and hit my hint button, thinking, “MAYBE THIS TELLS ME ) only to see it told me to look for a diary. I scoured the entire area for this audio diary, even going back to an old area looking for it. Finally, I gave up, thinking, “Oh damn, I have to guess random numbers now until maybe I stumble upon it.” I then did the unthinkable. I paused BioShock and got on the Internet. I found an IGN walkthrough. I looked at where I was. Then…it didn’t tell me what the numbers were. So I was still stuck and pretty annoyed when I started going through random menus looking for a way to play that diary again. I heard all these old diaries, when…*dramatic music*…I found the audio diary I was looking for, and continued.  Even through “Hurry Mr. Bubbles! Angels don’t wait for slowpokes.” nearly made me insane, I finished the game, and was happy to see that it lived up to all the reviews I’d read about it.

In other news, I go back to school on Thursday. Not looking forward to it by any means.
